The corporate entity known as Franklin Apartment Management focuses on day-to-day operations of Franklin-owned communities. It also has management contracts for other properties such as memory care assisted living. Comprehensive operations management carried out at the corporate level includes accounting, marketing, and regulatory compliance.
Franklin Park
The Franklin Companies develop, own and operate exceptional senior living communities known as “Franklin Park” properties. Levels of living may include independent living, assisted living and/or memory care. The many Franklin Park amenities include hair salon, game rooms, library, landscaped courtyards, and fitness center.
In addition to beautiful environments, residents enjoy outstanding dining and enrichment programming of all sorts, from seasonal parties to education to physical fitness. And pets are welcome tenants in independent living!
Artisan
Artisan communities are affordable multi-family apartments. Many of these properties replaced older, antiquated housing in at-risk neighborhoods. Artisan focuses on construction of the highest quality. But it offers more than apartments: Artisan offers a lifestyle… opportunities for growth of self and family… and living environments with an accent on specialized community services. Extended services can include financial planning, after school programs, recreational activities, a community garden, and community involvement opportunities.

For over a decade, Franklin Construction Ltd. has worked in conjunction with multiple developers to ensure their visions become reality, on time and on budget. Franklin Construction’s services include general contracting, construction management, development services, consulting, and turn-key services. Specializing in multi-family projects, the company has been a part of many senior living communities, student housing, and mid-rise apartment complexes.
